Rear sprocket KTM / Husqvarna / Husaberg 90-20 (51 T) ultra light JTR897.51
To maintain a top, reliable performance of your bike and to minimize damage to other components, sprocket replacement is a must. It usually goes hand in hand with chain replacement as the two components are interrelated.
How often is replacement suggested?
The general rule when it comes to chain replacement in order to avoid this accelerated wear of your cassette and chainrings is to replace your bike’s chain every 2,000 miles (approx. 3000 km). Mind you, this is just a starting point. No two chains will wear at exactly the same rate because no two riders treat their chains the same.
